4xFAR breaks into the festival scene with an all-new experience combining outdoor adventure with a multi-faceted mix of top-tier music in the Coachella Valley.
A brand new festival experience has burst onto the scene fusing music and outdoor adventure experiences like never before. Presented by Land Rover, 4xFAR will take place this January 18 and 19 at the iconic Empire Grand Oasis in the Coachella Valley. 4xFAR will feature a diverse mix of some of today’s hottest names in dance music, hip-hop, rock, and more.
4xFAR has thrown genres to the wind and has delivered a unique, hand-picked lineup reaching to the far corners of today’s musical soundscape. Over the course of the two-day extravaganza expect to catch sets from heavy hitters such as Anderson .Paak and the Free Nationals, Mark Ronson, Q-Tip, Sofi Tukker, and Maya Jane Coles.
Despite rock music taking a backseat over the past few years, 4xFAR will showcase some of today’s brightest stars as Young The Giant and Kurt Vile and the Violators each take the stage for an Earth-shaking performance in the Coachella Valley. 4xFAR will also be highlighting some acts such as Tijuana Panthers, Mahalia, LP Giobbi, Chappaqua Wrestling, and more just waiting to be discovered at California’s newest festival.
Alongside this massive lineup, Outside Magazine has carefully curated a series of workshops including outdoor photography, yoga, mountain biking, and slack-lining. And 4xFAR didn’t stop there either as they’ve announced intimate experiences with outdoor industry leaders, professional big wave surfer Laird Hamilton, and professional volleyball player Gabby Reece as well. Pop-up food experiences will keep attendees well-fed, and a purpose-built off-road course spanning fifteen acres will put the all-new 2020 Land Rover Defender to the ultimate test.
