This upcoming Saturday, March 23, Avalon Hollywood will be hosting a special open-to-close set that will see Lawrence bring his special underground sound to the mainstage. He often plays his OTC sets in LA with his partner in crime, John 00 Fleming, therefore, this special solo set is definitely not one to miss!
Christopher Lawrence is one of the most well revered American trance artists out there. He’s always had one foot in the underground and one in the mainstream which helps this visionary bridge the gap between the two worlds. A true DJ, he is in tune with the wants and needs of his audience and knows the art of building up a set. Starting from the slower more progressive sound, he takes the audience on a true aural journey, ending with the hard, deep, dark psy and trance sounds he’s known for.
Along with being a spectacular artist, he’s also a supportive mentor. With his Pharmacy Music label and Pharmacy Radio broadcast, Lawrence provides a platform for up-and-coming DJs to display their sound. With these, he has truly curated a special sound and often incorporates these artists’ music in his sets.
