On Friday, January 11 is catering to the hard and tech trance fans with a mini-night of Dreamstate headliners. Come out to Academy LA as Dreamstate presents Heatbeat vs Chris Schweizer, Arkham Nights, Will Rees, and Ganesh!
Coming off one of the hardest sets at Dreamstate is Heatbeat b2b Chris Schweizer. This event marks their first back-to-back of the 2019 year after last’s year’s multiple collaborative sets. No stranger to working together, the pair previously played back-to-back sets at ASOT 850, Dreamstate SF and Dreamstate SoCal. Additionally, they have collaborated on multiple tracks such as the ever popular “Samurai”. Expect a set of full-on hardcore tech trance as Heatbeat and Chris Schweizer always blow the audience away with their sound!
In addition to the back-to-back action, there is a whole slew of talent on the lineup. Arkham Knights is one such up-and-coming act that has been garnering rave reviews. The duo is composed of brothers Stuart and Ben Turner and are part of the Coldharbour Recordings label collective. Expect some deep dark sounds along with tech-trance to fill their set. Will Rees played the opening set at Dreamstate SoCal so many may have missed the absolute onslaught of hard-hitting tech trance beats. Make sure to catch him as he does not disappoint and does not play in the US as often.
Rounding out the talent is veteran returner Ganesh. He may be the only one on the lineup who is pushing the hard trance sounds and that’s more than enough of a reason to make sure not to miss his set. He played a stunning set of tracks at Dreamstate SoCal and will be at the forefront of the return of hard trance to the spotlight.
