What was your first electronic music event?
TomorrowWorld 2014
What/who influenced you to attend your first event?
My best friend JJ who had just recently gotten into the scene and knew how much I loved music. He convinced me to come with and I was instantly hooked on the experience.
What is one moment from an event that was special and why?
Well at the TomorrowWorld the following year I actually met my girlfriend who I am still dating three years later. So I guess there was definitely some magic involved on a personal level with that festival.
What is your favorite festival or event?
It used to be TomorrowWorld but considering that is no longer a thing I would have to go with EDC Las Vegas. I’ve been twice and the production quality of the event as a whole is out of this world.
What is your favorite electronic song and why?
Currently, my favorite track out has to be “Losing It” by Fisher. Its such a catchy tune and the energy that it brings out of crowds never fails me when dropping a set!
Who are your favorite artists?
Claude VonStroke, Jamie Jones, Lee Foss, J.Phlip, and Mikey Lion just to name a few! I could probably come up with a much longer list if I sat down for a while and thought about it.
What are your favorite genres?
Tech-House, Techno, and Deep House. In that specific order.
What do you feel your “Identity” is in the electronic music community?
I’m a DJ! I’ve been one for years now and it’s honestly what I love to do in my free time any chance I get. There is no better feeling that rinsing out some of your favorite tracks and watching them completely win over a crowd. It’s electrifying.
