Luke Bond Returns Like “Clockwork” and Signs to Armada Music

Innovative artist Luke Bond drops “Clockwork” and announces that he has signed exclusively with Armada Music.

If you were a fan of trance music in 2014 and 2015 then you are surely familiar with Luke Bond. That year he released “On Fire,” an amazing track that featured the vocals of Roxanne Emery. It was heard absolutely everywhere and went on to receive a classic Aly & Fila remix which is still heard in many sets to this day.

2014 wasn’t Bond’s introduction into the scene but it was definitely when he was thrust into the spotlight. Subsequent years brought about amazing singles such as “Reflex,” “Once More,” and “A Million Voices,” yet after his success, there was almost radio silence as he released few tracks during this time. Thankfully, 2018 has seen the return of Luke Bond’s alluring sounds.

His first 2018 track, “U” is a hardstyle-trance mix that garnered the support of Armin van Buuren and debuted at Ultra Music Festival before making its rounds at festivals this summer. Bond has continued that momentum with a new single “Clockwork” and the announcement of his signing with the biggest label in dance music, Armada Music!

As a huge Luke Bond fan myself, I can’t pretend that I did not hope his sabbatical would be temporary. His penchant for live violins, alluring vocals, and massively uplifting originals, bootlegs, and remixes was always able to hook fans and showed Bond’s high level of talent. His latest track certainly stands out from his other tracks as its tempo is constantly changing, speeding up and slowing down and drawing from more of a progressive house feel. it’s definitely a banger of a track that will get the dance floor going!

Additionally, “Clockwork” moves away from the classic trance sounds and sounds more similar to “U” in that it will definitely fit into a massive festival set. Never one to stay with one genre, Armada Music is the perfect house for an artist that enjoys experimenting as Luke Bond does. I’m looking forward to hearing what he has in store for the rest of the year!

“I wanted to create a track that runs along the lines of my previous single, ‘U’, by transitioning from a big epic melody into a huge, banging and unexpected drop! I’m having so much fun creating these kind of songs right now, as I am getting tons of new ideas with every project I work on. This is a track for the festivals!” – Luke Bond
