On Saturday, August 18, Avalon Hollywood will be playing host to Dutch duo Sick Individuals.
Los Angelinos are spoiled in our access to some of the best musicians around. This time it comes in the form of dynamic Dutch duo, Sick Individuals. Once again Avalon will be home to one of Rinze “Ray” Hofstee and Joep “Jim” Smeele’s rare live performance. Dubbed “This is Sick” the previous iteration featured an exclusive 90 min set full of show edits and custom visuals that wowed fans. Though much information has not been shared about this upcoming version, in true Sick Individual’s form, it will sure to live up to the hype.
Sick Individuals is known for plenty of solid tunes including multiple chart-topping tracks and memorable appearances at massive festivals such as Ultra Music Festival, Tomorrowland, and Creamfields. Additionally, they have worked their magic on remixes, reworks and collaborations with Axwell, Rita Ora, Rihanna, Tiesto, and David Guetta, to name a few.
In addition to the heavy-hitting headlining act will numerous rising DJs. As of now, the full line-up has not been released but Avalon has a history of having an amazing array of artists to open each set. In addition to a stacked mainstage, the venue includes two side stages so the sounds will be flowing regardless of where you are. Make sure to check out the Pioneer and Bardot stages and support the up-and-coming local DJs.
