Das Energi is bringing Kaskade, deadmau5, Chris Lake, and more to Salt Lake City for a monumental edition this year!

Returning to the Great Saltair in Salt Lake City on August 17-18 this year Das Energi is sure to be one of the hottest parties this summer. One of the most diverse lineups to hit the region, and definitely one of the most jampacked talent-wise, if you haven’t attended this event yet then this year may just be calling your name.

For the 2018 edition of the two-day affair, V2 Presents has pulled out all the stops with an epic lineup featuring everyone from Kaskade and deadmau5 to Paul Van Dyk and Spencer Brown. Bassheads will be getting down to the heavy beats from Rusko and What So Not, while shufflers can keep grooving away on the dancefloor to sets from artists like Anna Lunoe and Chris Lake.

To get fans energized for their upcoming event, the organizers have produced a trailer showing off some of the best moments from last year. Featuring the art, stages, and all the amazing attendees, it is hard to not make the jump and click “purchase” on those passes for the weekend.

Additionally, a Spotify playlist dubbed “The Energi Source” has also been provided for fans to explore the sounds that will be pumping through speakers around the venue all weekend long. Tune in below and let us know what your thoughts are in the comments!

Grant Gilmore’s authoritative voice as a media professional lends credibility not common to EDM journalism. As the founder of EDM Identity he has effectively raised the bar on coverage of the past decade’s biggest youth culture phenomenon. After ten years of working for nonprofit organization Pro Player Foundation, Gilmore launched EDM Identity as a media outlet offering accurate informative coverage of the rave scene and electronic music as a whole. Although they cover comprehensive topic matter, they have taken special care in interviewing the likes of Armin van Buuren, Adventure Club, Gorgon City, Lane 8 and Afrojack. In addition to household names, they have also highlighted unsung heroes of the industry through their ID Spotlight segment. Whether he’s covering it or not, you can expect to find Grant Gilmore attending the next big electronic music event. To find out what’s next on his itinerary, follow him via the social links below.
