What was your first electronic music event?

My first massive was HARD Day of the Dead back in 2013.

What/who influenced you to attend your first event?

I’ve loved the music since around 1990 and stepped away from the scene to raise my kids but those old CDs carried me on the whole time. In 2010-2011 I got reintroduced to the new EDM and started attending small headliner shows until my friend Lalo convinced me to go to HARD Day of the Dead in 2013.

His way of convincing me was “Hey I know you love the music and I know you love Day of the Dead cause of your tattoos.” [Laughs] And the rest was history, I haven’t slowed down since!

What is one moment from an event that was special and why?

There are too many to name but I can still say walking into Day of the Dead in 2013 and realizing what ive been missing out on.

What is your favorite festival or event?

EDC Las Vegas will always be my favorite, or one of my favorites once I start traveling.

What is your favorite electronic song and why?

Deadmau5 and Kaskade’s “I Remember”. It was the first song that got me back into loving the music so much again.

Who are your favorite artists?

Kaskade, Deadmau5, Adam Beyer, Nicole Moudaber, Charlotte De Witte, John O’Callaghan, Vini Vici, and a few more.

What are your favorite genres?

Techno, trance, and house.

What do you feel your “Identity” is in the electronic music community?

I’m an old-school raver that loves the music and still believes in PLUR. We are all here for the music and experience.
