EDC Japan’s 2nd Edition is set to bring some solid electronic artists like Above & Beyond, Deadmau5, and Illenium!
While everyone over the past few days have clamored over the announcement of the EDC Las Vegas lineup, Insomniac Events had yet another announcement up their sleeve for an edition of the festival on the other side of the Pacific Ocean. That’s right, today the lineup for the second annual edition of EDC Japan is out now!
Hosted over May 12 & 13 at the Zozo Marine Stadium and Makuhari Beach in Chiba City, EDC Japan is already pulling out all the stops with the first international appearance of the kineticGAIA stage! Now, the lineup of artists playing the festival has also surfaced featuring names like Diplo, Chris Lake, Martin Garrix, and many more.
Fans of those “Gud Vibrations” will be pleased to see NGHTMRE and Slander on the lineup and will continue those heavy vibes with Flosstradamus and Illenium as well. Meanwhile, Headliners looking to get down and dirty on the dancefloor will love grooving to Camelphat, Solardo, and FISHER over the course of the festival.
While this two-day lineup may be small, you can’t ignore some big additions like Above & Beyond, Deadmau5, and REZZ, all of which will be playing some epic sets that are surely ones not to miss at the festival. More artists will be announced as we approach the festival, so stay tuned for those details!
Last year’s edition of EDC Japan brought 84,000 Headliners together to dance their hearts out. The collaboration between Insomniac Events, GMO Internet Group, Creativeman, and Live Nation Japan not only impressed but exceeded expectations as well.
