Futuristic Polar Bears

On Saturday, January 13, Futuristic Polar Bears is bringing their addictive progressive house sounds to Avalon Hollywood!

2011 was the magic year for Futuristic Polar Bears. In the span of that year, friends and collaborators Luke Hayes and Fran Cosgrave, had a chance meeting with Rhys Buckley and the Futuristic Polar Bears was born. Since then, this partnership has been nothing short of spectacular.

2016 was a massive year for the group and set the tone for the present day. The trio reached number one on Beatport with their single “Back to Earth” and made waves with “Cafe del Mar 2016,” an update to the timeless track.

They’ve since released singles via some of the hottest labels in progressive house such as Spinnin’ Records and Revealed records and have had over 60 of their tracks in the Beatport Top 100. As if that was not enough, the trio also head their own innovative radio show. Every week, their Global Radio Show goes out to over one million listeners across 42 countries.
