Day drinking meets a modern Brady Brunch in Louis The Child’s latest music video!
21-year-old Robby Hauldren and 20-year-old Freddy Kennett, better known as Louis The Child, released the music video for their summery single “Right To It” yesterday, as a reminder that although the holidays and winter are just around the corner, it’s never too early to begin daydreaming of warm weather. The video features both Hauldren and Kennett, along with stunning vocalist Ashe who is probably the only person in the world who could have rocked the yellow fur coat she wears as well as she did.
The video has a very 60’s/70’s vibe to it and takes place inside a modest, though colorful home that resembles that of the Brady Bunch, or really the set of any other family sitcom shot during that time period. A majority of the video also shows a group of people seated around a long table adorned with bright accents and breakfast foods, adding to the Brady Bunch feel – if the Brady Bunch were all young, attractive, and dressed as though they solely shopped at American Apparel, that is.

The release comes just in time for Louis The Child’s first-annual “Friendsgiving“, which will be taking place Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday after taking a quick Thanksgiving hiatus on Thursday. The pop-up will be held in their hometown of Chicago and is co-hosted by their fellow DJ friends Whethan and Win & Woo. Attendees can come by from 3pm-8pm with donation in hand for the charity drive and exclusive merch pop-up and then enjoy special guest DJ sets from 9pm-2am.
Although the event will be taking place all weekend, make sure to grab your tickets for Louis the Child’s Chicago stop on their Last to Leave Tour on Friday night HERE before it’s too late! Non-Chicago locals can also do their part by donating to the duo’s virtual food drive here!
