What was your first electronic music event?
Steve Aoki with Borgore and Waka Flocka!
What/who influenced you to attend your first event?
My friends…my friends, just like every crazy decision of my life. I wanted to go since I enjoy the heck out of a live show!
What is one moment from an event that was special and why?
Porter Robinson, when he came out with Worlds album, you can see how much of his heart and soul he put into that event since he designed all of it. It really showed me the difference between an artist and a DJ. (Yes, I did cry, many times)
What is your favorite festival or event?
Sound Remedy retirement show in Colorado. Most emotional show for me because you could see how much he cared for everyone there. It was on a mountain and it was magical. I will never forget that and I wish he would come back.
What is your favorite electronic song and why?
Favorite is a hard one but I would have to say Medicine – Daughter(Sound Remedy Remix) this was the first song show I could feel the bass on and really translate music in a different way. As someone with a hearing loss, this means a ton since feeling music is just as important as hearing it. Love this song.

Porter Robinson, Sound Remedy, Madeon, Illenium
What are your favorite genres?
Melodic-Step, Future Bass, Melodic styles.
What do you feel your “Identity” is in the electronic music community?
I am someone who brings a different way of thinking and progresses with the scene. I throw concerts for Deaf, Hard of Hearing and those who can hear in EDM scene. This is a completely different way to do shows but it allows us as a culture to include those who we don’t typically invite.
