On March 10th, 2017 Blasterjaxx will grace the universe with their long-awaited 8 track EP, XX Files, and for those who are chomping at the bit for the release, a teaser has been unleashed!
“Collide” is an incredible vocal anthem from Blasterjaxx’s upcoming XX Files EP and it is the perfect track to get the buzz growing around this dynamic duo’s next musical chapter. Designed for the mainstage and perfect for the sing-along addict, this track is packed full of fierce synths, insatiable drum beats, and addicting bass pulses. As the dark intro builds into the first drop, the personality of the piece gets flipped on its head, unveiling a big room fire starter that can’t be ignored. But, with all of this energy comes a brilliant euphoria brought forth by melodic vocals with a strong message about passionate love that only David Spekter can dish out, tieing up the package with brilliant emotion and reaching out to all those dying for a fresh musical escape from reality.
If this isn’t enough to get that heart rate racing, The duo will follow-up “Collide” with another vocal stunner in the form of Black Rose on February 27 before XX Files finally drops on March 10. Black Rose is rumored to be the second official release off of the EP but in typical Blasterjaxx fashion, we might be in for even more! Already, the reactions to the new tracks have been nothing short of incredible, offering up a glimpse into the future of this wild and uninhibited EDM duo and what their faithful followers can expect as the 2017 festival season goes into full swing. I don’t know about you but I am convinced that this will be another impressive year for the masters of the mainstage!
