Not going to lie — when I saw that an artist from India (the country of my people) was on the rise, I couldn’t help but get pretty excited. India’s culture is rich with music, dancing, and festivities…I just never expected India to hop on the EDM train! Man, am I glad they did! India’s most popular DJ, Zaeden has released an incredible new pop-deep house track named “Never Let You Go” Take it from me folks…this track is fire!

Zaeden Never Let You Go

“Never Let You Go” is a fun track woven with elements of signature DJ Zaeden big-room sound mixed with a fresh take on deep house. The light-hearted, almost tropical melody is accompanied by lyrics from the fellow Indian duo, Nina & Malika. The track’s lyrics and cheerful beat had me hooked immediately, reminiscing of summer adventures and festivals. I loved the track so much that it became an instant addition to my daily playlist!

Check out the official music video for “Never Let You Go” on YouTube:

“Never Let You Go” showcases Zaeden’s true talent. He was able to maintain his unique flow while creating an infectious deep house track. Listening to this new release left me wanting more of Zaeden’s work and wondering what he’ll be capable of creating next!

21-year-old Zaeden, born Sahil Sharma, has certainly come a long way. He started his musical career at an early age and very quickly turned into India’s most loved DJ/producer with his successful remixes of Coldplay and Maroon 5 songs. Zaeden has also played at Tomorrowland, a feat that should be recognized, seeing as he is the first Indian artist to ever play at Tomorrowland! If that wasn’t enough of an achievement, Zaeden was signed by Spinnin’ Records and collaborated with Borgeous for the epic worldwide hit, “Yesterday” and then went on to win the acclaimed MyFav Award for Best House DJ/Artist, the first People’s Choice Award in India! With this kind of momentum, I’m really looking forward to seeing where Zaeden takes us next!

“After ‘Yesterday’, I took a break to come up with a fresh vision as an artist, wanting to do something minimalistic and effective with my sounds, including pop vocals people could relate to. I had this initial idea with a cool pluck and a groovy drop, then Nina & Malika came up with a cool guitar riff which perfectly fitted the drop. Together with our songwriters and vocalist Cimo we added some more percussion and grooves and about a month later we had perfected the whole song. Let’s hope people love our summer vibe – we sure do!”
