Halloween just got a whole lot HARDer! HARD Day of the Dead returns to the Fairplex this October 31st and November 1st for two days of madness. New changes to the festival include a limited capacity and age limit of 21+ due in part to the recent tragedies and backlash from LA County. On a more positive note, those of you who will be able to attend are in for a treat because this lineup is once again stacked.
