The year was 2011 and dubstep was king of the airwaves. As a lover of dubstep myself I stumbled upon a group of female vocalists from across the pond that produced and performed the genre using only their voices.
Now defunct, The Boxettes gave us many beautiful songs, “Free” being one of them included. The music video highlights their unique talent of creating their songs with different sounds from different voices. Unfortunately I never had the chance to see them perform live, but I hope everyone enjoys this song as much as I have.
