Just yesterday, Okeechobee Art and Music Festival just released the third and final artist announcement.  I must say I’m very excited to see how this festival plays out.  The lineup is absolutely amazing.   In this final artist announcement, the artists include Robert Plant & The Sensational Space Shifters, Daryl Hall & John Oates, ween, Miguel PoWoW!, Damian Lazarus, Twiddle , Manic Focus, and Virginia. Apart from the artist announcement, Okeechobee also announced that Tier two ticket sales end on December 10, and ticket prices go up.  So be sure to secure your Tier two tickets.

Okeechobee Third Wave

With this final wave, some more information was also released regarding the different stages.  From what was released, there will be at least three stages: MainStage, Jungle 51, and Aquachobee Beach.  According to the official Okeechobee Music Festival Instagram:

We’ve also got a massive electronic music lineup for our Jungle 51 stage that will have you dancing all night long and a great lineup for Aquachobee – our daytime beach, swimming and music area.

I cannot tell you how excited I am with this new announcement, especially with seeing what they bring to the table.  It will be a new experience, maybe similar to that of Mysterland or Electric Forest.  This is extremely exciting to be part of this. I’m excited for MainStage, but I can’t wait for the other two stages as well.  More so Jungle 51, since it goes from Dusk till Dawn.  Can’t wait to see what they bring to the table.  What are you most excited about pertaining to this festival? Let us know!!!

After serving in the military for eight years and attending Florida International University in Miami, I attended my first EDM concert in 2012. The DJ I saw was Kaskade and I fell in love with the scene immediately. Since joining the EDM community in 2012, I have been to several different music festivals which include: Ultra Miami, EDC Las Vegas, EDC Orlando, TomorrowWorld, Mysteryland, Electric Forest and many others. I have also been to several shows but prefer music festivals overall. Some of my favorite DJs include: Deadmau5, Kaskade, Rabbit in the Moon, and many others. EDM has always had a place in my heart and it actually came into my life when I really needed it, you could say it saved my life.
