Looking to get down while you gobble down during the Thanksgiving break? Turn up to WonkyWilla’s latest volume of Wonksgiving that’ll get your whole rave family bouncing.

There’s no denying that WonkyWilla‘s announcement of his latest Wonksgiving volume caps a stellar year of rapid growth for the rising bass artist. His headlining Get Wonked tour sold out across the US, while he also made appearances at Ubbi Dubbi, Hulaween, Bass Canyon, Electric Forest, and many more, solidifying his popularity in this space. Today, he’s officially dropped Wonksgiving Vol. II, a three-track EP that is the perfect addition to any bass lover’s Thanksgiving feast.

WonkyWilla gave everyone a taste of what was in store for Wonksgiving Vol. II by dropping “The System” earlier this month. The track, which features Homemade Spaceship and veteran MC Def3, plays up the wildly popular hip-hop-focused vibe that has sparked a resurgence in electrofunk-centric dubstep. Found within its runtime is a bumpin’ bassline that kicks in with plenty of energy, which pairs seamlessly with the soul-searching lyrical flow from Def3.

The EP also features an equally compelling track, “Woozy,” with rising producer Sloth, which mixes snippets of ’90s rap classics like “Can’t Touch This” by MC Hammer and “Ice Ice Baby” by Vanilla Ice for added impact. This emphasizes WonkyWilla’s ability to meld multiple genres into his signature wobble-inducing sound, taking listeners into a world of pure imagination. The other new track, “Algorithmic,” with BLVCKSMITH, also offers a myriad of bass rhythms, keeping you on your toes with its unique melodies.

Wonksgiving Vol. II is the latest chapter for WonkyWilla as he continues to rumble forward, and at the same time, he’s able to give back tenfold. This EP drop directly coincides with his second annual Wonksgiving show, with proceeds benefiting Texas CASA, following his prior 2024 event, which raised over $8,000. Attendees are encouraged to donate food and clothing that will be given to foster families who need assistance during the holiday season in the Texas area. Additionally, $2 from every ticket purchased will be donated directly to Texas CASA’s efforts to train volunteers who represent foster children and provide them with the guidance they need for their futures.

Give Wonksgiving Vol. II a spin on Spotify or your preferred platform, and grab last-minute tickets to the upcoming edition of Wonksgiving if you want to catch WonkyWilla live.
