Winter Music Conference has announced its second wave of programming, which includes new panels, sanctioned events, and the closing keynote speakers.
Miami is about to be bumping with beats 24/7 in just a few short weeks, and industry members have their sights set on the return of Winter Music Conference (WMC). This year’s edition is set to celebrate the conference’s 35th anniversary in style with a takeover of Eden Roc Miami Beach on March 26-28. The first wave of announcements turned heads for those looking to gain added insight into the scene, and the second wave has helped take it to the next level.
Some of the scene’s finest artists and top industry members will join the already stacked list of speakers at the Winter Music Conference. Artists include AFROJACK, ALOK, Mary Droppinz, HAYLA, Young Franco, and BT, along with Nicole Moudaber and Danny Tenaglia, who will be featured during the closing keynote. New additions to the industry side of the conference include Benjamin Yi (Label Manager, Ophelia Records), Nina Travers (General Manager, Night Bass Records), Jordan Mafi (Label Manager, Dance & Electronic, The Orchard), and Stefanie Curtiss (Managing Director of Health Services, MusiCares), among others.
Those holding passes to Winter Music Conference will gain complimentary access to the WMC Opening Party and the WMC Pool Party with their wristband. The WMC Opening Party at M2 Miami is set to feature Timmy Trumpet, Deorro, and Audien, while the WMC Pool Party features major acts such as ALOK and KSHMR.
Additionally, WMC pass holders will gain free or discounted entry to sanctioned events during Miami Music Week. These include the Armada Invites Pool Party, the Anjunabeats Miami Pool Party, Markus Schulz (Open to Close), the Toolroom Pool Party, and more. Check out the full list via the website.
