Meet FestPro, a Music Festival-Specific Camping Gear Company

FestPro founders Tucker Gumber and Gareth Price have innovated stylish camping gear solutions for the unique needs of music festival attendees.

We’ve all been there: You’re trying to wind down after having the night of your life at a music festival. It’s morning already. Hot and clammy, you struggle to get comfortable. Even if you could, rays of sunlight dance defiantly across your eyelids, taunting you by holding the slumber you need just out of reach.

It occurs to you that there are still two days left in the festival. You desperately need sleep to have any hope of enjoying the rest of the weekend after everything it took just to get here. This is the exact conundrum Tucker Gumber and Gareth Price have set out to remedy by teaming up to launch FestPro.

To celebrate, they’re launching a giveaway that everyone in the music scene ought to know about. Every week through the end of 2024, one lucky raver will receive one of their highly sought-after tents at no charge. All you need to do to be eligible is sign up for the newsletter at the bottom of their website and follow FestPro on Instagram.

What is FestPro?

FestPro manufactures camping gear tailor made for music festivals. Launched in November 2024, its introductory product is the Siesta4 tent, whose light-blocking fabric, integrated fans, and heat relief make it the obvious choice for festival-goers. The Disco Edition‘s brilliant, iridescent shimmer even makes it bold complement for a festival ‘fit.

“There’s a big difference between people who go camping and others who go to festivals,” Tucker said, according to a press release. “Outdoorsman go to bed when the sun goes down and need products that pack down small so they can move from campsite to campsite. Festival-goers, on the other hand, operate on a more nocturnal schedule and set up more elaborate campsites to be their home base.”

Tucker, known professionally as The Festival Guy, has worked as a music blogger for 13 years and attended over 180 festivals. In 2016, he met Gareth Price, who gifted him a Siesta4 so he could review it for his followers. It not only changed how Tucker slept at music festivals, but also how present and energized he felt during their daytime happenings.

The Siesta4 was originally sold by the camping gear brand Outback Logic. During the COVID-19 pandemic, however, the company was forced to discontinue operations. Demand for the Siesta4 never faded — to this day, its name auto-populates when you type “Outback Logic” into Google.

This led Gareth and Tucker to team up on FestPro, a company dedicated to innovating music festival camping gear. The Siesta4 tent is only the genesis, though. FestPro wants to fully revolutionize the way you experience festivals.

Music Festival Camping Gear Solutions

Next on FestPro’s agenda is a larger tent with even more headroom than the Siesta4 currently offers. They won’t stop there. Gareth’s knack for identifying and solving problems faced by festival-goers points to a long future ahead for the fledgling company.

“Festivals are evolving, and increasingly experiential. The gear we use should evolve too,” said Gareth. “We’re looking ahead at new ways to enhance comfort, ease, and enjoyment for festival-goers and other fun loving outdoor enthusiasts. Whether it’s faster setups, better protection from the sun, or improved durability, we’re designing products that will make festivals better for everyone.”

Tucker added, “By improving camping gear, we can not only offer seasoned festivalgoers a better experience, but also open up the market to newcomers, for whom the lack of comfort has historically been too offputting and RVs too expensive. Festivals are about community, joy, and culture, and we’re here to support that by making sure people can enjoy them comfortably.”

Gareth and Tucker want everyone in the music world to embark on this journey alongside them. That’s why they’re giving away one free tent each week through the end of 2024. One minute of your time could change the way you experience music festivals — at no cost to you, no less — so follow the instructions below and be part of the FestPro story.
