Insomniac has unveiled a fresh offering of themes for this year’s edition of EDSea so that SeaSiders can flaunt their unique fits.
EDSea is the latest festival to set sail on the high seas, but it’s already begun to turn heads after a stunning maiden voyage last year. The combined efforts of Insomniac, Vibee, and Sixthman have brought this unique experience to life, and it is sure to tantalize any dance music lover looking for a touch more intimacy from the behemoth brand. The upcoming EDSea sailing is set to take place from November 2-6 on the Norwegian Joy, with its destination set to Bimini.
The hype for EDSea 2024 has continued to build ever since the lineup was revealed, and Insomniac dropped another morsel of information for those planning to hop on board in the fall. The official themes for each day and night have now been announced, all of which will surely show off SeaSiders’ creativity this year.
The country-infused YeEDC! concept, which debuted at EDC Las Vegas this past May, will kick everything off on the first day and night of EDSea – so don’t forget to pack your cowboy hat! The daytime in Bimini is all about Freaky Tiki vibes, with grass skirts, flower crowns, and more sure to permeate the crowds. It will be a Safari Sunrise from the time the sun crests on the horizon to the time EDSea departs Bimini, leaving everyone to wonder which animals will be seen roaming the decks.
There’s no better way to spend a day at sea than by splashing around in the pool, and the ever-vibrant Neon Swim will have you covered for that sun-soaked day. It will be time to dive under the water’s surface for Under The Electric Sea that night, and you better watch out for mermaids along the way. And if you want to turn back time, then have no fear because the final day is all about those Retro Paradise vibes, a perfect fit for returning home to Miami.
