SUBSHIFT is hot off the release of his latest single, “Get Loose,” and is helping heat things up even more this summer with a fantastic house-fueled mix.
A new wave of artists has begun to take hold of the house music scene and are shaking things up along the way. One of those artists is SUBSHIFT, a UK-based artist who has begun to carve out some serious space for himself over the past few years. Releases on labels like hau5trap, Do Not Duplicate, Techne, Hood Politics, and more helped solidify his bass house and tech house style, and in 2024, he’s only continued to thrive.
This year, SUBSHIFT strengthened his home on Serpentale Records. He helped kick off the year by dropping “Pick Ya Poison” in February, but that wasn’t all he had in store. SUBSHIFT returned to the imprint just a week ago to release “Get Loose,” a fresh tune that saw him team up with Cave Studio and LexBlaze. This summer-ready house heater features a shuffling beat, infectious groove, and vocals that fit the vibe perfectly.
To celebrate the release of “Get Loose,” SUBSHIFT spun up a mix that’s filled with heaters from start to finish. Included is the aforementioned single, along with a fresh ID of his with Basura Boyz, his edit of “leavemealone,” and curated tunes from AYYBO, Joshwa, and more.
