Hard dance lovers can unleash the power of the Dark Star and face their destiny during the last edition of Qlimax: The Final Prophecy in November.
Dutch promoter Q-dance launched Qlimax 24 years ago, and the event series has become an annual staple in the company’s storied history ever since. Throughout the years, this event has become known for combining the freshest acts in the scene with unmatched storytelling, immersing fans in a journey through the cosmos. Not even a global pandemic could stop them, as two editions were hosted virtually. But, unfortunately, all good things must come to an end.
This week, Q-dance took to its social media channels to announce that the final ritual for Qlimax awaits. On November 16, 2024, warriors will gather to create a new reality during the last edition of Qlimax The Final Prophecy at the GelreDome in Arnhem, Netherlands. For one night only, the power of the Dark Star will be unleashed for the last time, fulfilling the long-foretold prophecy.
Limited details have surfaced, but Qlimax The Final Prophecy promises a journey into mystical realms that honor the essence of Q-dance’s longest-running event. Because the event holds a special place in every warrior’s heart, Q-dance has dedicated itself to putting together an edition that will be remembered and cherished forever.
The announcement of Qlimax’s final edition follows multiple event cancellations from Q-dance, such as The Qontinent, Qapital, and all X-Qlusive events for the foreseeable future. With a rapid rise in independent and artist-hosted events, fans are left to wonder if this is only the beginning of a new normal in the hardstyle industry.
