Rising bass artist Lumasi dropped phase one of his Sun & Moon Tour kicking off this August.
If you’re active on EDM TikTok, you’ve likely heard the wonky, deep dubstep remix of “Low” by Flo Rida and featuring T-Pain. It’s produced by Denver artist Lumasi, whose face-melting remixes of mainstream tracks have solidified him as one of the hottest up-and-coming acts in bass music.
Having gone viral from producing nostalgic remixes for his girlfriend, such as one of “Clocks” by Coldplay, Lumasi has garnered support from influential EDM artists like Excision and Subtronics. Since then, he has continued to land major opportunities such as performing at this year’s Sol Fest and providing support for performances by the likes of Zeds Dead and Jantsen, as well as on Liquid Stranger’s Expansion Tour.
The Sun & Moon Tour will be Lumasi’s first headlining experience, taking his career to the next level. With a whopping 32 shows across the US, Lumasi is ready to captivate listeners with his addictive remixes and distinct sound design. Slated to kick off on August 3 at Sound Haven Music & Arts Festival in Tennessee, the tour features numerous stops at major festivals including Lost Lands and Wakaan Music Festival at Mulberry Mountain in the Ozarks. Other standout performances include a stop at New Orleans‘ Republic NOLA and a hometown show at Cervantes’ Other Side on November 22.
Emerging artists Raaket — best known for his remix of Chris Brown‘s “Kiss Kiss” — and Ghost Lotus will support the tour on select dates along with other up-and-comers to be announced. While there are currently two blurred-out dates, fans can expect a phase two announcement in the near future.
Tickets for Lumasi’s debut headline tour are now live! Head over to Laylo to purchase tickets to your local show, and be sure to follow Lumasi on Instagram for the phase two lineup reveal.
