Miami will be without the booming beats at Club Space throughout the summer as the venue goes through renovations to help solidify its future.
Of all the storied nightclubs in the US, Club Space reigns supreme. This multi-story space in the heart of downtown Miami has become renowned for providing some of the best performances from dance music artists over the past few decades. Whether you’ve found yourself dancing deep into the night with artists like John Summit, Nora En Pure, and Mau P or been there for the label takeovers and showcases during Miami Music Week, there’s no doubt that this nightlife destination has won you over at some point.
While rumors surrounding Club Space’s closure have been circulating for years, the minds behind this special nightclub have dashed the notion that the magic will end. That said, their owners took to social media today to announce that the club will shut down briefly for the summer months as they renovate the venue and prepare for a bright future.
Paired with the announcement of Club Space’s temporary closure is news of two closing party marathon weekends at the end of the month. Those looking to get their last look at the beloved venue before it is renovated can do so on May 23-26 and May 30 – June 2. They’ve also announced that there will be pop-ups and other special events at Factory Town to help satiate everyone’s cravings all summer.
