Techno great Reinier Zonneveld achieves the latest milestone in his career by releasing his latest album on Filth On Acid, Heaven Is Mad (For You).

Reinier Zonneveld has become a force to be reckoned with in the techno scene over the years. From his unique releases that have pushed the boundaries of the genre to his impressive performances that have won over crowds and kept them dancing all day and night, he’s cemented his place in the minds of many who love the underground sound. This year has seen the Filth On Acid label boss continue his path to greatness with several stunning releases, and he also hosted his very first festival in The Netherlands, Karren Maar, where he played a set that clocked in at 11 hours and 11 minutes.

As the year begins to wind down, Reinier Zonneveld isn’t losing any momentum. Instead, he’s packing another energetic punch with the release of his fourth studio album, Heaven Is Mad (For You). Out now on Filth On Acid, this 18-track collection showcases the sheer power and dynamic style that this techno artist brings to the scene as he goes beyond the subterranean realm to touch on genres ranging from hard dance to trance.

Found on the album are some previously released stunners from Reinier Zonneveld, like his take on “Music Is The Answer” with JG and his remix of “Dance With The Devil (The 6th Gate).” Other standouts found in the collection include his collaboration with Angerfist, “Take U Back,” the rave mix of his track with HI-LO, “Balearic Mornings,” and solo tunes like “Esoterisch,” “Space,” and “Trip.” Kiki Solvej also appears four times throughout the album, leaving her touch on “Through The Night,” “Walking On Water,” “Berlin Amsterdam,” and “Super Strong,” which adds DJ TOMEEK and Sjaak into the mix.

The philosophy behind the album’s tracks is that they should be nice for home listening, as well as if you’re on-the-go or in the crowd at a club or festival. With this album, I wanted to put together high-energy tracks while giving enough musical content to keep listeners entertained. The tracks are a blend of melodic music and energetic techno, with the themes, production, and sound design being on a whole next level compared to my previous albums.
