Tim Enso and Beacon Bloom put their melodic minds together to create two gorgeous soundscapes on the Fallen Flower EP.
Los Angeles-based artist Tim Enso emerged in the progressive and melodic house scene years ago, but the past two have been the biggest of his career yet. Releases like “The Weapon,” “Babylon,” and “Kwebe” have helped define the soundscapes he crafts in the studio. Now, with his latest release, Fallen Flower, landing on Nora En Pure’s Purified Records, Tim Enso is quickly becoming an artist you need to be paying attention to in this sonic space.
Tim Enso didn’t embark on the Fallen Flower journey alone, though. He set his sights across the Pacific Ocean and looked to New Zealand-based trio Beacon Bloom to bring their talents along for the ride for its stunning title track. The result is a captivating tune that marries serene melodic elements with soothing vocals that leave a lasting impression long after the track’s runtime has ended.
The second track, “Circle of Life,” sees Tim Enso flex his abilities to create in the progressive realm. The bassline chugs forward ever so softly while layers of synths swirl in the upper atmosphere to give listeners a feeling of weightlessness. Then, the vocals arrive to add another level of sultriness to the mix before it powers forward into the closing seconds of this fulfilling experience.
