What was your first electronic music event?
What/who influenced you to attend your first event?
My good buddies back in Sacramento kept showing me videos of EDC in LA and my roommate Josue and I took the mission to Vegas together.
What is one moment from an event that was special and why?
When I met my new group during Sander’s set. The next day we saw Swedish House Mafia, easily still the most incredible show I have seen in Vegas.
What is your favorite festival or event?
EDC Las Vegas hands down. Burning Man may change my opinion this year though =/
What is your favorite electronic song and why?
“You Got To Go” – Above & Beyond… This song convinced me to move forward to Los Angeles. It spoke directly to me at the time and is still relevant today.
Armin’s “Intense” is a very close second…

What do you feel your “Identity” is in the electronic music community?
My “identity” I would say is that I am the giant that is overly conscious of blocking people’s view and always wants to get to the venue on time. Also I am called Guardian because of my need to constantly make sure everyone is having a good time and being safe. I’m happiest when everyone is happy.
Is there anything else you would like to add about yourself for the readers?
If you see me at a show come say hi! I’m 6’8 and have a big red beard! Come say hi and rage with me. We can drink scotch and bounce around circuit grounds!
