Attendees got the chance to see the Reflection of Love stage in all its glory last weekend at Tomorrowland – here are the details behind it!
Few festivals on the planet have the production value that Tomorrowland brings along with it – and they’ve fired on all engines for its return to the spotlight. This year’s edition of the festival in Boom, Belgium, is the largest yet, with the expansion of a third weekend that offers even more artists for attendees to explore. But that’s not all that these festival masterminds were cooking up, as the first day of Tomorrowland also saw the Reflection of Love stage’s debut, which is truly impressive.
Centered on the notion of fostering the connection between the People of Tomorrow after years of darkness due to the festival being postponed, it intends to help spread the magic that Tomorrowland is renowned to bring along with it. Not only does the Reflection of Love stage clock in at a whopping 53 meters in height and expands 270 meters wide, but it’s also 100% locally crafted to help further foster the relationship between the festival and the community it resides.

Additionally, Tomorrowland didn’t shy away from bringing jaw-dropping production elements to make the Reflection of Love stage really pop, whether seeing it in person or while watching the stream. Nearly 1,000 meters of video tiles were used this year, while the stage lights up with almost 1,300 lamps and just over 60 lasers at night to make it truly spectacular. If that wasn’t enough, Tomorrowland packed in 214 speakers and subs to make the music sound larger-than-life, and over 100 performers also add to the mystique.
Artists who played on the Reflection of Love stage during the first weekend included Armin van Buuren, Afrojack and R3hab, Reinier Zonneveld, FISHER, Hardwell, Maceo Plex, Alesso, and, of course, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, among others. While many of the artists will return for a second round, or even a third, some to watch out for in future weeks include Tale Of Us, ARTBAT, Paul Kalkbrenner, ARTBAT, Third Party, LP Giobbi, Da Tweekaz, and 3 Are Legend – stay tuned!
