New Ibiza Nightclub Nocturna Promises Another Phone-Free Dancefloor

Nocturna is set to open sometime this summer in Ibiza’s Cala De Bou coastal area, offering an intimate environment that caters to audiophiles.

Come summer 2026, Ibiza will be home to yet another nightclub. But while competitions of spectacle between White Isle nightlife entrepreneurs make international headlines, Nocturna is opting for quality over quantity.

The nightclub looks to open sometime this summer, according to its online promotional materials. It promises an “audiophile-style listening room,” “intimate dancefloor,” and “high-fidelity sound,” all buzz words guaranteed to land well with fans of electronic music’s refined and time-tested side.

Nocturna also promises a “no-phones” environment for all patrons. This follows in the footsteps of Ibiza clubs like Tomodachi, which opened in summer 2025, and select nights in spaces like DC-10 and Hï Ibiza.

But perhaps most interestingly, Nocturna has shared that it will keep its lineups “tightly under wraps.” This aligns with EDM Identity’s position that major headliners alone shouldn’t steer your choice of events, and you discover some of the most exciting artists when you go in blind. The club nonetheless promises “a mix of international headliners, extended residencies and selected promoter partnerships.”

Nocturna is setting up shop underneath the Los Felices hotel in Cala De Bou, a generally family-friendly area on Ibiza’s west coast. Italian dream house artist Pascal Moscheni has been tasked with designing the club’s visual themes, and Andrew Livesey of local duo The Brothers Grim is overseeing music direction. Meanwhile, Soo Wilkinson of the UK firm Igloo Design will work with the studio Dukant Atelier on architecture and interior design.

At the time of writing, Nocturna has not announced specific soft launch or grand opening dates. Sign up to receive updates on the club’s official website.
