The aliens are revving up for a grand end-of-year probe, and it’s all going down at the Los Angeles Convention Center, where Insomniac will hold its annual Countdown NYE massive festival for the first time since the event’s inception. The one-night-only event will transform the Downtown Los Angeles venue into an out-of-this-world celebration featuring theatrics, an immersive world-class production, and some of the best electronic music artists this galaxy has to offer.
The Southern California festival draws in headliners, like yourself, from across the globe to connect with other worldly beings for an epic ascension into the new year. The festival features a stellar lineup spanning artists from multiple genres, including John Summit, SLANDER, AK Sports, Above & Beyond, Crankdat, and more, making it prime for a memorable adventure to ring in the new year.
With the annual year-end partying descending to take over a totally new space, there’s sure to be unidentified foreign objects ahead. But, no need to fret! Parking:
Parking in Downtown LA can be tough, so here’s the good news and the bad news. The bad news is there’s no premier parking this year. The good news: you can lock down prepaid parking via Parkwhiz, but it’s street parking or you can reserve a spot in one of the parking garages listed below for $35.
Rideshare Info:
Rideshare is highly encouraged this year but due to high demand expect long wait times and dynamic pricing.
The address for rideshare drop-offs and pickups is 1201 S Figueroa St. Los Angeles, CA 90015. This will get you closest to the festival entrance when dropped off.
Metrolink Maps and Info:
Public transportation is also a suggested option to get to and from the Los Angeles Convention Center in Downtown Los Angeles for Countdown NYE. Reminder To Mind Your Belongings:
Unfortunately, during this festival season, many have reported pickpockets, bag slashings, and theft of wallets, smartphones, purses, and other valuables. While this small number of bad apples in the bunch doesn’t define an entire crowd, some opportunistic people come to these events to take advantage of unsuspecting partygoers, and it’s essential to be mindful of your valuables while at Countdown NYE.
