Floret Loret’s colorful, bass-fueled soundscapes are a perfect fit for CloZee-led Odyzey Music, and he’s just released three fresh tracks with the imprint.

Floret Loret is no stranger to the underground bass scene. With a decade of producing under his belt, he consistently releases new music and remains true to the unique sound he has developed. This year, Floret Loret played Zeds Dead‘s Mission Ballroom Deadrocks show, his first WAKAAN Festival, and he returned to Infrasound Festival for their fall Equinox edition. Additionally, he announced he’ll be joining Shlump on tour to kick off 2026.

Amidst his touring schedule, Floret Loret never misses a year with new releases, and this year’s arrived via CloZee‘s Odyzey Music in the form of a three-track EP entitled Verdant Horizon. “Verdant” describes a landscape that is green with grass or other rich vegetation. A stunning, otherworldly ‘verdant horizon’ landscape is evident in the EP’s dreamy cover art by Max Schramp. It looks straight out of a storybook, with a walled-off little village atop a lush seaside mountain. An ominous cave looms in the distance of the quaint little town.

The EP takes the listener on a journey through this imagined fantasy land, kicking off with an experimentally charged track, “Vigor.” In the case of this short but sweet project, the best was saved for last. “Glass Voices” and “Silverstream” easily steal the spotlight on Verdant Horizon, with the perfect blends of melody and groovy bass. True to Floret Loret’s signature style, these tracks fully encapsulate the moody, mystical vibe.

Verdant Horizon is out everywhere now, so be sure to head to Spotify or your preferred platform to dive into the sounds of Floret Loret’s mysterious seaside land for yourself.
