Escape Psycho Circus is nearly upon us. The two-day Halloween Weekend festival kicks off on Halloween night, Friday, October 31, and wraps up Saturday, November 1 after taking attendees on a spooky ride through some of dance music’s best. Ravers from around the world make their way to the NOS Event Center in San Bernardino just to be there.
The Psycho Circus theme sees new life this year with a sinister carnival that’s sure to leave a shiver down your spine and a rumble in your core. Some of the hottest DJs and producers will light up the dark with the best visuals, pyrotechnics, and top-tier production across its seven macabre stages. The spooktacular festivity includes artists ranging from the up-and-coming acts like Zoey808 and Alyssa Jolee to ATLiens, San Holo, deadmau5, and more.

Free general parking will be available in multiple lots surrounding the venue, with paid Premier Parking available in the Pink Lot. They will be well-lit and patrolled by security personnel during the event hours. Parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk. Green, Blue, and Pink Lots open at 1:30pm. The other lots will be open at 2:30pm.
Street parking is not recommended, and the residential and business areas around the NOS Event Center will be a tow-away zone. Head to the official website for directions and to purchase Premier Parking.

Those planning to use rideshare services may see long wait times, dynamic pricing, and even unavailability due to high demand during Escape Psycho Circus. The rideshare area is next to the nearby Big Lots and Target.
Escape Psycho Circus 2025 – Shuttle Map and Info:
Want a hassle-free experience for Escape Psycho Circus this year? The official shuttle service features one round-trip option from Ontario at the Best Western Ontario Airport, along with City Shuttles that offer round-trip transportation from Downtown LA / USC, Orange County, San Fernando Valley, and the Riverside Convention Center. The Hotel Shuttle runs continuously from 3pm to 2:30am. The City Shuttles have specific departure and return times that vary on both days. Escape Psycho Circus 2025 – Metrolink Info:
Metrolink is one of the most efficient ways to get to the festival each day. Insomniac has teamed up with Metrolink to offer $25 weekend passes for festival attendees, which can be purchased via the Metrolink Mobile App.
Metrolink has extended its hours with a limited-stop service from San Bernardino-Downtown to LA Union Station. Additionally, Escape Halloween service trains will depart from the San Bernardino-Downtown Station at 3am on both Friday and Saturday. The special trains will stop at Rancho Cucamonga, Montclair, Claremont, Covina, and Cal State LA before their final stop at Union Station in Los Angeles.
Reminder to Mind Your Belongings:
Unfortunately, many recent festival-goers have reported pickpockets, bag slashings, and theft of wallets, smartphones, purses, and other valuables. While this small number of bad apples in the bunch doesn’t define an entire crowd, some opportunistic people come to these events to take advantage of unsuspecting attendees. It’s essential to be mindful of your valuables while at Escape Psycho Circus.

Prohibited Items
- NO aerosol products or cans
- NO balls or Frisbees
- NO costumes that resemble public safety uniforms (police, swat, fire, security, or medical)
- NO drones, remote-controlled aircraft, or toys
- NO drugs or drug paraphernalia
- NO gas masks
- NO glass, cans, cups, or coolers
- NO illegal substances
- NO laser pointers or air horns
- NO markers, pens, or spray paint
- NO massagers
- NO outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy)
- NO over-the-counter medication
- NO pets
- NO professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms, or commercial-use rigs)
- NO red-colored light-up wands, batons, or lightsabers
- NO stickers or flyers
- NO tents, large umbrellas, chairs, or blankets
- NO toy guns, water guns, or slingshots
- NO weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)
- NO wind chairs or sofas
Permitted Items
- YES deodorant
- YES E-cigs and vapes
- YES festival totems and decorated pool noodles (see totem guidelines below)
- YES flags, banners, and handmade signs (no corporate or company branded, and no hard flagpoles)
- YES glowsticks and glowing or illuminated costumes and jewelry, LED poi and orbitals, and Hula hoops (including LED hoops)
- YES clear and non-clear hydration packs with no more than two main compartments and one smaller compartment (must be empty upon entry)
- YES non-professional flash and still cameras, handheld video devices under 6” (Sony Action Cam, GoPro, etc.), and GoPro extendable poles
- YES personal misting fan with a bottle no larger than 1.5L (must be empty upon entry)
- YES physician-prescribed medication that is not expired (must show physician’s prescription and consult with a safety officer upon entry)
- YES reusable water bottles (must be empty upon entry)
- YES sealed intranasal Naloxone
- YES clear bags that do not exceed 12”x6”x12”
- YES clear and non-clear small clutch bags not exceeding 6″x9″ (15cm x 23cm) with or without handle or carrying straps
Costume Guidelines:
- NO drugs or drug paraphernalia
- NO costumes that resemble police, fire, security, or medical in any way
- NO handcuffs
- NO glass or ceramic masks
- NO full-face makeup that makes you unrecognizable from your government-issued photo ID
- NO items resembling weapon or weapon accessories, real or fictional (including whips, lightsabers, axes, pocket knives, swords, guns, fake weapons/props, etc.)
- NO violent props, including crops, whips, ropes, chains, or tethers
- NO sharp metal spikes
- Please remember that we are an inclusive community, and costumes and decorations should not misrepresent race, religion, or cultural heritage
Totem Guidelines:
- Maximum height is 10 feet
- Totems must be made from a lightweight material (e.g. foam or PVC, no solid metal)
- Collapsible or telescoping camera extenders that follow the above guidelines are okay (lightweight, hollow aluminum, or polycarbonate)
- PVC, light wood or aluminum poles must be no thicker than 1 inch in diameter
- Decorated pool noodles work great for easy entrance through security
- Inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry
- Any item deemed dangerous will not be allowed
- Totems promoting illegal activity or hate speech will not be permitted (please keep it PLUR)
