Enamour returns to Rebellion to deliver melodic house magic with soulful energy on his latest three-track EP, Hippy Flip.
Over the course of his musical career, Enamour has established himself as one of the most trusted names in the melodic house scene. A classically trained musician, he translates the precision and nuance of classical music into his emotionally charged electronic productions. His catalog includes many deeply emotive releases on esteemed labels such as Anjunadeep, Rose Avenue, Last Night on Earth, and Factory 93. These further cemented his reputation as a producer who masterfully balances technical sophistication with expressive depth.
After dropping a string of releases this year, Enamour returns to Rebellion with the Hippy Flip EP. This marks his second appearance on the label, following his 2023 debut alongside Mustafa Ismaeel in the single called “Nothingness.” Across three tracks in the EP, Enamour explored the space between heart and rhythm, letting cinematic melodies guide his journey of reflection.
Kicking off the project, “Won’t Let You” gradually unfolds over warm, textured synths. Haunting vocals drift over the intricate rhythm, capturing the fragile tension between longing and strength. The track embodies a recurring theme in Enamour’s music, which he described as “the tension between the fear of losing someone and the determination not to let it happen.”
Then, the title track drifts into woozy melodies that create a hypnotic groove before “Imagination Sequence” adds more shimmering textures and elastic rhythms to evoke the surreal, transportative nature of sunset dancefloors. As Enamour explained, “‘Hippy Flip’ and ‘Imagination Sequence’ both started as experiments in the studio—my takes on the kind of magical energy that surfaces at certain parties, including formative ones for me like Get Lost Miami at Lemon City Studios or Need I Say More after Movement Festival.”
As his solo return to the Rebellion imprint, this EP highlights Enamour’s gift for channeling his personal feelings into melodic soundscapes. It stands as a testament to both his creative artistry and continued growth as a producer.
