Breakaway Music Festival has rolled on strongly throughout this year, bringing forth fantastic editions at some of its tried and true stops across the US while also touching down in new cities along the way. Breakaway Michigan has been one of the standouts for this touring festival over the past few years, and it’s set to return for another round on August 15-16.
Headliners Zedd and Rezz lead the charge of this stacked lineup, but the rest of the list is also teeming with talent. GRYFFIN, INZO, Disco Lines, MitiS, ISOxo, Wax Motif, OMNOM, Tape B, and Viperactive are just a handful of the acts who are slated to take the stage over the weekend. Not to mention the Silent Disco that is set to showcase a flurry of local artists from the area who will spin across three separate channels.
Since the festival is just a few days away, we’ve compiled everything you need to know to help you get ready for this experience at Belknap Park in Grand Rapids. Read on for the set times, what not to bring, afterparty info, and more!

Breakaway Atlanta is committed to supporting all members of the dance music scene. Head to the official Accessibility FAQ for more information on the festival’s plans for those who are ADA.
Those with service animals will need to be screened by a member of the Access Team. Your animal will receive a special band that’s placed on the collar or harness to assist with movement throughout the festival. Documentation for service animals is not required, except for canines, which must have proof of current and valid rabies vaccination with them or with their handlers at all times. Email [email protected] with “Accommodation Request” in the subject for more additional details.
Reminder To Mind Your Belongings:
Unfortunately, many recent festival-goers have reported pickpockets, bag slashings, and theft of wallets, smartphones, purses, and other valuables. While this small number of bad apples in the bunch doesn’t define an entire crowd, some opportunistic people come to these events to take advantage of unsuspecting partygoers. It’s essential to be mindful of your valuables while at Breakaway Michigan.
