Marlon Hoffstadt channels his early days as DJ Daddy Trance and opened the doors to a fan-vote for the tracks on his latest EP, All Yours.

Marlon Hoffstadt has been on quite a tear in the scene lately. The Berlin-based DJ and producer’s sound, which blends elements from hard-hitting techno and the euphoric nature of trance, has seen a growing number of fans flock to it. This led to his US debut at EDC Las Vegas and a deal with Capitol Records, both of which landed in May, and a performance at HARD Summer on the horizon, making it clear that it’s only up from here for this fast-rising artist.

After inking the deal with the legendary label, Marlon Hoffstadt dropped off Supersonic / Hands Up In The Air, a two-tracker that put his bouncy, dynamic style on full display. Now, he’s returned to the imprint with his latest EP, All Yours.

All Yours clocks in at five tracks in total, all of which saw Marlon Hoffstadt return to his DJ Daddy Trance era for inspiration. “For the past few weeks, I’ve been dropping club tracks straight to SoundCloud – no endless promo, no holding back – just like the early DJ Daddy Trance days,” he said. “Five tracks in, after votes from fans, free downloads and lots of love, we decided to turn this into something bigger – All Yours.”

Marlon Hoffstadt kicks off this EP with “World Loves DJs,” which pays homage to the scene’s community and name-checks artists who have helped shape its soundscapes. Coach Harrison joins in on the fun for the following tune, “Daddy’s In The Club,” which keeps the bouncy energy rolling forward with its repeated vocal and rave stabs at the forefront.

All Yours packs in two more collaborations, “Heads Will Roll” with bbyclose and “Need U” with Rian Brazil. The first of those two packs plenty of energy with its drum rolls, hints of electro, and female vocals for a ride that feels like different eras of the scene colliding. Meanwhile, the latter delves a bit deeper with its pulsing synths, rave stabs, and pitched vocals, crafting a warehouse-ready, peak-hour tune that explodes with energy. And if you hadn’t gotten your fill of euphoria yet, then the closing track, “Hot Shot,” will satiate your cravings with its flurry of mind-melting elements.
