Calussa Debuts NuSondido Label with 'White Tiger' EP

**Calussa embraces Miami’s vibrant fusion of cultures in their new imprint, NuSondido, and kicks things off with its first release, the White Tiger EP.**

Miami-born and based brothers Andrew and Gino Gomez, also known as Calussa, have steadily emerged as one of the hottest house music acts in the scene. Known for their raw, percussive, and globally-inspired sound, their music channels a deep rhythm that is unmistakably rooted in Miami’s cultural crossroads and has found homes on respected labels such as Defected Records, Armada, Higher Ground, and Insomniac Records.

Over the past few months, they’ve taken their high-energy performances to dancefloors around the world. From Insomniac’s Day Trip in Los Angeles to Ushuaïa Dubai to Illuzion Phuket, they’ve dazzled the fans internationally with their unstoppable momentum. Now, they’re ready to write the next chapter of their story with the launch of their new label, NuSondido—a literal translation of “New Sound”

“This is the perfect time to start something new,” Gino said. “We’re playing a different kind of music in our sets, and we’re inspired by a fresh sound that didn’t quite fit with the identity of our old label. NuSondido gives us a clean slate.”

With the debut of the new imprint, Calussa steps confidently into a new creative era—one that pays homage to Miami’s rich heritage and draws on an intentional fusion of Spanish and English styles. To mark the occasion, they teamed up with rising Australian producer Ben Miller for their latest EP, White Tiger. The two tracks set the tone for the new label as they are driven by vibrant tech house grooves, infused with Latin flavor. “White Tiger” bounces with funky club-ready energy while “The Power” turns up the heat with a tribal rhythm that takes the dancefloor to new heights.”

“These tracks show the side of us we want people to hear more of. They bring in that early 2000s house vibe but feel current and club-ready,” said Andrew. Post-summer, NuSondido will shift into high gear with weekly releases as Calussa plans to build a community of artists who constantly push boundaries in house music.
