Murphy’s Law has officially launched their new label and event brand Lawless by dropping a ten-track compilation filled with house grooves.

Sibling DJ and producer duo Murphy’s Law have taken the UK scene by storm lately. Funky fresh releases on labels like Hot Creations, Kaluki Musik, Toolroom, Sola, and more have helped define the past few years as they’ve swelled in popularity. Now, the house duo from Leicester is breaking out on their own by launching their new label and event brand, Lawless.

Lawless will be an all-encompassing brand for Murphy’s Law to flex their curation skills in the coming months and into the future. The launch was marked with a four-stop club tour that will take the duo throughout the UK to highlight the events side. Now, the label side of the brand is being put on full display with Lawless’ debut compilation, Lawless 001.

Lawless 001 features ten tracks that showcase Murphy’s Law’s sample-driven house style and groove-centric beats from a global talent pool that exemplify what the imprint is all about. The duo’s tune “Gimme The Cheese” kicks off the collection to rev everyone’s engines, and then you’re met with tunes from James View, Ryan Nicholls, Guy Mac, Ell Jordan, and more. Standouts include Rendezvous Collective‘s “Rude Boy,” Ben Miller’s “Light It Up,” and Sam Curran’s “Get Wkd,” all of which are sure to get crowds grooving on the dancefloor with their infectious beats.

Listen to Lawless 001 on Spotify or grab a copy on Beatport, and follow the label on Instagram to stay in the know on upcoming releases and showcases.
