SUAHN Drops Third ‘in the dark’ A/V Showcase to Tease Latest Work

Genre-defying artist SUAHN has unveiled his latest in the dark audio-visual showcase, giving fans a taste of what’s to come from the project in 2025.

Rising artists in the electronic music scene continue to be at the forefront of pushing sonic boundaries and creating unique blends that change the game. SUAHN is one of those artists.

Since first breaking onto the scene, SUAHN has channeled passions for experimental bass music, hard techno, electro, and other subgenres to concoct a dynamic atmosphere you can’t help but be hypnotized by. Releases from him have landed on labels like Alter/Ego, Ophelia, Sable Valley, MONTA, and more in recent years, but his annual in the dark A/V showcases have been a huge treat.

In 2023, SUAHN dropped the first in the dark A/V showcase to put where he was taking the project on display. Last year brought even more energy into the mix with the second in the series, and now, in the early weeks of 2025, the third has finally surfaced. “This year being the largest undertaking in the scale of production, is by far the best it has has ever been. If there was any question on what SUAHN is about, it can be answered in this showcase,” he said about the mix.

After an eerie intro that helps viewers descend into the depths of the darkness, SUAHN sets off on a 30-minute ride that’s filled with unreleased originals, collaborations, and more. The early moments of the mix are filled with aggressive broken beats that punch you right in the gut, ominous sirens that alert the senses, and other gritty elements. This sets the tone for what’s to come throughout the rest of the journey, as moments to breathe are juxtaposed with those that pummel you with rave stabs, massive drops, and distortion.

The audio is only one part of this mix, as the visuals are woven perfectly throughout the ride. As you’re blasted with the dark, brooding sounds of bass, techno, and rave-revival, SUAHN triggers red, orange, blue, pink, and white lighting to accentuate drops while giving you a glimpse of his silhouette at work behind the decks.
