Now is the time to firm up your festival itinerary for Decadence 2024. Read on for set times, travel recommendations, and other info.
Decadence 2024 is nigh. Come December 30-31, some 30,000 ravers will descend on the Colorado Convention Center in Denver for the next edition of the biggest New Year’s Eve gathering in and around Colorado. A glance at this year’s lineup ought to give you an idea why.
Music lovers often affectionately refer to Denver as the Bass Capitol, and the Decadence 2024 bill especially caters to this diehard fanbase. On night one, major acts like Excision, Zeds Dead, and Liquid Stranger will throw down on the Mainframe Stage. Then, on New Year’s Eve, the same stage will host a set by Subtronics while the ball drops, followed by a back-to-back set between Illenium and SLANDER to bring the house down.
That’s not to say Decadence organizers Global Dance are skimping on other styles of EDM. Over on the Motherboard Stage, night one headliners include ISOxo, Seven Lions, and Tiësto. The following night, Rezz, Meduza b2b James Hype, and Elderbrook will close out the stage in style.
Schedule conflicts aren’t all you need to navigate in order to have the best Decadence possible. Paying attention to ravel considerations, venue guidelines, and other minutiae can save you a lot of unnecessary stress. Decadence 2024 – Festival Map:
Global Dance has not shared the official map for Decadence 2024. Check back as this article will be updated to include it once it’s available.
Decadence 2024 – Transportation Info:
Uber and Lyft both have drop off points in front of the Colorado Convention Center on 14th street. The venue is also accessible via RTD light rail and bus.
If you stay until the curtain close, keep in mind that hundreds of other New Year’s Eve events will be ending downtown around the same time. Expect delays when ordering rideshare. Attendees will be allowed to remain in an indoor area of the Colorado Convention Center while waiting for their vehicles to arrive.
Decadence 2024 – Food Trucks, Charging Stations:
In addition to the Mainframe Stage and Motherboard Stage, Decadence 2024 attendees get access to something called the Cyberhub. Not only does it include the Silent Disco stage billed with local talent, but it’s a one-stop shop for all kinds of other necessities.
Food trucks, charging stations, merch booths, and photo opp stations can all be found at the Cyberhub. It also offers lounge areas, bars, art installations, and additional restrooms.
Reminder to Mind Your Belongings:
Unfortunately, many recent festival attendees have reported pickpockets, bag slashings, and theft of wallets, smartphones, purses, and other valuables. While this small number of bad apples in the bunch doesn’t define an entire crowd, some opportunistic people come to these events to take advantage of unsuspecting partygoers. It’s essential to be mindful of your valuables while at Decadance 2024.
