Ghost In Real Life is closing out 2024 with the aliens and Countdown NYE, and she’s dropped off a mix that gives everyone a taste of the madness in store during her set.

Los Angeles is home to many DJs and producers looking to shake up the scene, but few have delivered hauntingly stunning tunes quite like Ghost In Real Life has. This drum and bass artist has been on a tear in recent years after embracing the genre’s sounds and marrying them with her pop-punk influences like Blink-182 and Avril Lavigne. Since diving into the DnB realm, she’s appeared at venues throughout Los Angeles, including one at Brownies & Lemonade’s DNBNL, while also taking the stage at major festivals like Lost Lands and EDC Las Vegas.

This year, Ghost In Real Life has continued her climb to the top. Not only did she join Chase & Status to perform in New York, but she also dropped off some massive tunes on Deadbeats, Cyclops Recordings, and BEACON. More recently, she took the stage at the latest edition of Cyclops Cove to play a back-to-back set with fellow rising phenom Skellytn, but she isn’t done with 2024 quite yet. Later this month, Ghost In Real Life will help everyone end the year by making a deal with the aliens to take over control of the decks at Countdown NYE. Creating my own little section or subgenre of drum and bass has been an absolute challenge, but so worth it. It’s not the typical stuff everyone is playing, and that’s what I love most about it. I want my sets to be a unique experience for everyone even if my songs aren’t being played out by every DJ in the scene. People always remember how you made them feel, not how technical your set or productions were.
