Oppidan takes her talents to Promised Land for the release of her latest forward-thinking EP, UNTITLED SINES.

Bristol-based DJ and producer Oppidan has already begun to leave a lasting impact on the UK Garage scene. This breakout star has been a fixture in the growing community that has begun to modernize the genre and helped push it to the forefront of the scene, impressing at each stop along the way. Past releases on labels like Night Bass, Hospital Records, and UKF have only further showcased her innate production ability, and now Oppidan has her sights set on delivering even more sensational tunes with the release of her new EP on Promised Land Records, UNTITLED SINES.

UNTITLED SINES begins with “MR. SANDMAN,” one of Oppidan’s most beloved tunes, which was officially released earlier this year. This track sees her reimagine The Chordettes’ classic tune and bring it up to speed with a juicy UK Garage twist that’s absolutely sublime. Grime pioneer Frisco joins Oppidan on the second track, “FRESH AND NEW,” providing his bold lyricism to the dreamy, sample-fueled soundscape.

“WHERE’S MY VAPE?” continues the ride with light, bouncy energy as Oppidan merges the realms of UKG and house to create a dancefloor-ready track that features everything from a 4×4 beat to dynamic melodies and more. The EP kicks up a notch when “WAKE AND BREAK” takes control in the penultimate spot. From the punchy percussion and breaks to the repeated vocal that hypnotizes you even further, this track is sure to awaken something deep within your soul. Then, Oppidan brings the EP to a close with its title track, which perfectly encapsulates her sound with fluttering elements, garage drums, and vocal stabs that accentuate the ride.
