M3F is gearing up for another fantastic edition in Arizona and announced that Justice, LCD Soundsystem, Sylvan Esso, Alvvays, and more are set to play.
The late weeks of winter are when everyone wants to break away from the chill. What better way to do that than at a festival featuring everything from electronic and indie rock to hip-hop? That’s what M3F had in mind, and the upcoming edition of this dynamic festival is set to return to Steele Indian School Park in Phoenix for another round of fun in the desert sun on March 7-8.
Two of the biggest artists in the dance music scene, LCD Soundsystem and Justice, are headlining M3F. Both have captivated crowds at some of the world’s largest festivals and influenced countless artists with their incredible releases and dynamic live shows. Subheadliners Sylvan Esso and Alvvays make this lineup even sweeter with their electro-pop and indie dance sounds blaring through the festival’s speakers.
Other notable artists slated to play M3F this year include Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Girl Talk, BAYNK, Hippie Sabotage, UPSAHL, Summer Salt, Luna Luna, Dev Lemons, and more. Additionally, the performances from BADBADNOTGOOD, Mindchatter, Confidence Man, and Braxe + Falcon are sure to be ones you shouldn’t miss.
Beyond the music, art, and culinary treats, the core of M3F is the non-profit nature of the festival. Proceeds have always been given back to various beneficiaries throughout the Phoenix area, totaling $6 million since 2004. In 2023, the organizers launched the M3F Fund, allowing for 501(c)3 organizations to apply for funding. Last year’s edition raised $750,000 to support Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, and more.
