Daily Bread will embark on a massive US tour in 2025 with support from Maddy O’Neal, Lumasi, Yoko, Josh Teed, and bad snacks.
Rhett Whatley, better known as Daily Bread, has been serving up infectious tracks fusing bass, funk, and hip-hop elements for a distinct sound that’s captured the attention of electronic fans across the country. A sought-after act in the scene, he has continued to deliver groovy tunes to a staunch fanbase, making appearances at Wakaan Music Festival, Sol Fest, and Red Rocks, the lattermost of which he headlined in October.
Despite not formally releasing any music this year, Daily Bread has continued to dominate. He shows no signs of slowing down as we enter 2025.
Kicking the new year off in style, Daily Bread is ready to hit the road with the Flash Flood Tour inspired by his popular mixtape series. The new live show promises to deliver the classic Daily Bread sound we’ve come to love while transforming southern hip-hop classics into funky dancefloor bangers that will have the crowd moving.
The 27-date run starts with a performance at Washington, DC’s legendary 9:30 Club on February 27. Making its way through the East Coast, the Flash Flood Tour will hit Philadelphia, New York City, and Boston before moving to the Midwest for a huge show at Chicago’s Concord Music Hall. Other major cities include Minneapolis, Phoenix, San Diego, and Los Angeles.
While the headliner is a huge draw in itself, Daily Bread has assembled a stacked lineup of artists embarking on the tour with him. It includes direct support from Maddy O’Neal and Lumasi, whose blend of bass and hip-hop is a perfect fit. Additional openers Yoko, bad snacks, and producer-violinist Josh Teed round out the talent.
