LiquidFlux Sets Off on the Road to Dreamfields México with a High-Octane Guest Mix

Mexican artist LiquidFlux embarks on the road to Dreamfields México with a guest mix that delivers the best in worldwide rawstyle and tons of original music.

LiquidFlux is a hard dance artist from Mexico who began his journey with the harder styles at nine years old. Back then, he was a fan of dubstep and bass music until a childhood friend exposed him to hardstyle. Given his limited musical palette at the time, hearing a hardstyle track completely changed his perspective on dance music.

He remained an avid fan of the genre until his second year of middle school, when he took the next step in his career and started producing hard dance music. At just 13 years old, LiquidFlux created his first hardstyle track — but he admits it was a terrible attempt.

Unfortunately, there weren’t many production tutorials in Spanish during that era, so everything came down to trial and error. Since then, LiquidFlux has earned his stripes in the Mexican scene and worldwide, becoming a staple of the hard psy movement at its peak, a master of the XTRA raw sound, and one of the only Mexican artists with a record on the prestigious Gearbox Revolutions.

Even though he’s known for XTRA raw today, LiquidFlux still believes the scene needs balance. “I’m tired of overly loud music without meaning,” he said. “There came a point where the entire world wanted to be the most aggressive in the scene, which led to the music becoming just noise.” This is where LiquidFlux sees an opportunity to deliver the best of both worlds in his records: the epic melodies of hardstyle and the rough kicks of rawstyle.

LiquidFlux is set to grace Dreamfields México on November 16-17 in Guadalajara, where he promises a roller coaster of emotions and tons of original music. Giving listeners a taste of what he’s bringing to the iconic festival, LiquidFlux stopped by to kick off the road to Dreamfields México with his debut guest mix for our hard dance mix series, Paradigm Shift!

For 30 minutes, LiquidFlux delivers banger after banger with the best of international rawstyle like The Straikerz, Adjuzt, and Anderex, not to mention staples of the Mexican hard dance scene like Velowen, Haaradak, ABS3NT, and more! LiquidFlux also treats fans to his best originals like “I Wanna Smoke Weed,” “QUASAR,” and his most recent release, “Kaleidoscope.”

In 2025, LiquidFlux fans can expect a ton of new releases throughout the year and an evolution in my hard dance sound. I plan to release a promising album with the objective of exploring the distinct subgenres in hard dance, offering a more mature and experimental style.
