Altogether, Kaskade will deliver nine performances in what amounts to a 2024 Kaskade Christmas mini-tour.
It’s safe to say last year’s Kaskade Christmas shows were a hit. What started as a run of three dates at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles during the 2023 holiday season will return in 2024 — only this time, it will consist of nine shows in total, six of which are slated to take place in New York City and Salt Lake City.
On December 6 and 7, Kaskade (real name Ryan Raddon) will bring his signature holiday-themed stage show to Salt Lake City’s Kingsbury Hall. He will then take it to the Brooklyn Paramount in New York City — first for an evening show on December 13 and then both daytime and evening shows the following day. He’ll cap off his 2024 run of Kaskade Christmas dates back home in Los Angeles with three evening shows at The United Theater on Broadway from December 19-21 and a daytime performance falling on the final day.
So what constitutes a Kaskade Christmas show? Raddon obviously plays tracks from his holiday albums of the same name, but live vocalists and a full band make it all the more memorable. It’s also safe to say that the superstar DJ and producer will find creative ways to raise the bar on what he delivered last year.
Raddon was born and raised in Chicago, and house music influenced him heavily before he relocated to San Francisco in 2000. Even at the most grandiose heights of the EDM boom of 2010-2015, he found ways to incorporate the styles at his roots to his versatile and ever-changing repertoire. Namely, his REDUX EP series sees him shift his focus back to deep house — and his sets of the same name allow him to deliver it in more intimate settings.
