Anyma b2b Solomun Announced as First Ultra Music Festival 2025 Headliner

Next year’s edition of Ultra Music Festival will mark the first time Anyma and Solomun have performed together.

Ultra Music Festival doesn’t usually share lineup details this early — but a festival only turns 25 once, and this is no typical headliner. Organizers of the three-day gathering, which will run from March 28-30 at Bayfront Park in Miami, have announced that Anyma and Solomun will perform back to back on its iconic Mainstage.

Anyma (real name Matteo Milleri) is no stranger to sharing stages, having come up in the scene as one member of the Italian melodic techno duo Tale of Us. The two artists launched their Afterlife label in 2016. Its impact exceeded even theirs, expanding to include an event brand that brings an immersive and cinematic quality to melodic techno gatherings.

Milleri, who started dating pop star Grimes this year, launched the Anyma project in 2021. He has since released the albums Genesys and Genesys II under the alias, not to mention that he’s slated to perform six sold-out shows at the Sphere outside Las Vegas this New Year’s Eve.

Solomun (full name Mladen Solomun) commands a significant following as well. The Bosnian-German DJ and producer began producing and releasing music in 2005, founding his Diynamic record label the same year. His big break arguably came several years later as Resident Advisor named his rendition of “Around” by Haze & Noir Remix of the Year in 2011, and Mixmag named him DJ of the Year in 2012.

Paired with the news is that of the Diynamic Stage Takeover at the RESISTANCE Megastructure during one of the days of Ultra Music Festival next year. Solomun will play a solo headline set, and will be joined by four other talented artists in the electronic music scene: Four Tet, Mau P, Chloé Caillet, and Rafael Certao.

Tickets are not yet on sale for the 2025 installment of Ultra Music Festival. Join the waitlist to receive updates on the event’s official website.
