LAYZ is set to embark on the AFTERSHOCK tour in October, and she dropped off a playlist filled with tunes from her and other artists who will be joining her along the ride.
Among the artists who have rapidly ascended the ranks of the bass music scene is LAYZ. Since first breaking out, she’s turned heads with her energetic releases and sets at some of the world’s biggest stages. This year, LAYZ continued that trend as she made her way to standout festivals, including EDC Las Vegas, Tomorrowland, and Rampage, but she wasn’t done yet. In July, the blossoming DJ and producer dropped her latest EP, AFTERSHOCK, and this fall, she’s embarking on her most ambitious headline tour to date in North America.
The AFTERSHOCK Tour will kick off on October 3 in Austin before LAYZ heads to 20 more cities, including Tampa, Chicago, Philadelphia, Seattle, Phoenix, Honolulu, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Toronto, Montreal, Denver, and New York. Other bass-fueled artists, such as Calcium, Samplifire, and DRINKURWATER, will join her on tour, adding even more power to these stops.
To help everyone get hyped for the AFTERSHOCK Tour and feel the bass rumble, LAYZ dropped off a playlist filled with 40 tunes. Included are her tracks like “STRIKE,” “STATIC,” and “WORLD DESTROY” with AlienPark, along with other curated gems from artists who will be joining her, such as DRINKURWATER’s “Spill,” Calcium’s “Control,” Kliptic’s “Fed Up,” and RZRKT’s “Omen,” among others.
I wanted to put together a playlist with music from myself and the support acts on my upcoming tour so people can dive deeper into each artist’s discography before the shows! All of these acts bring such high energy, so I’m excited for everyone to check them out on the Aftershock tour with me!
