New music from Fred again.. is on the way as the artist just dropped the details for his forthcoming album, ten days, which is due out on September 6.
It’s been the summer of Fred again.. for many in the dance music scene as the beloved artist continues on his dominating path. Recent months have been marked by a headline set at Bonnaroo, an appearance at EDC Las Vegas, massive shows in the Bay Area, a larger than life experience at the LA Memorial Coliseum, and an ambient set at Glastonbury. But Fred again.. wasn’t done yet.
Earlier this summer, Fred again.. teased that he thought he finished another album. Then, on Sunday, he surprised his fans by releasing an intimate performance on a London rooftop. During the stream, he joined in to tease some of the new IDs that were found in the set, and now many of those tunes will find their home on his newly announced LP, ten days.
Found in the tracklist for ten days are some of the tunes that have won over Fred again..’s fans lately. This includes “adore u” with Obongjayar and “places to be” with Anderson .PAAK and CHIKA. Other tracks that will find a home on the album include “ten” with Jozzy, and another notable ID, “glow” which sees Fred again.. team up with Skrillex, Four Tet, and Duskus. Additional artists featured on ten days include SOAK, Joy Anonymous, Emmy Lou Harris, Scott Hardkiss, The Japanese House, Sampha, and Jim Legxacy.
Fred again..’s ten days is officially due out on September 6, with vinyl copies shipping on October 25. Pre-save or pre-order your copy, and stay tuned for more from Fred by following him on social media.
