Afterlife co-founder Anyma is set to close the year with The End Of Genesys at The Sphere in Las Vegas and will be the first electronic act to headline the venue.

Update – July 17: Due to the overwhelming demand, additional dates have been added for Anyma’s The End Of Genesys Show at The Sphere on December 29 and 30.

Previously: Matteo Milleri, also known as Anyma, has been instrumental in bringing the sound of melodic techno to the forefront of the scene. As the co-founder of Afterlife, he’s curated immense tunes from forward-thinking artists while crafting up soundscapes as half of Tale Of Us and for his solo project. Anyma’s albums, Genesys and Genesys II, signified a huge step forward for the artist as he immersed his faithful followers into his world. Now, that chapter is seemingly coming to an end.

On Sunday, Anyma released a video on his social media channels that featured him in the middle of a barren desert. As the camera pans around him, more of the landscape is revealed until it’s clear that he’s not alone. Anyma is facing off against the robotic being he’s battled against for years, with the backdrop showing a cityscape that notably features a giant sphere, making it clear that this is set outside of Las Vegas.

The video closes by flashing Anyma Presents The End Of Genesys with a date set for December 31. Speculation surfaced that The Sphere is the intended venue for this New Year’s Eve show, and the venue’s official account has commented on the post to stoke the flames further.

Today, Anyma dropped the official details for The End Of Genesys, confirming that the show will occur at The Sphere. This will make him the first electronic artist to headline a show there after massive residencies from U2, Phish, and Dead & Company. Those attending will be treated to an enhanced production that’s backed by high-quality visuals on The Sphere’s massive LED display and immersive sound powered by HOLOPLOT.

Pre-sale tickets for Anyma Presents The End Of Genesys will be available on Monday, July 22, at 9am PT. The general sale begins on Tuesday, July 23, at 9am PT. Head to Afterlife’s official website to sign up for pre-sale access.

Those looking to lock in their experience earlier can opt for a travel package from Vibee. Head to Vibee’s website for more details. The pre-sale for these packages begins on July 18 at 9am PT.
